Pinellas County Pie Festival – And We have a Winner

Actually, we have two!  First and Second Place in the 2016 Pinellas County Pie Festival. The Bakery's Team Competed in the 2nd Annual Pinellas County Pie Festival held at Largo Central Park on Saturday, October 22nd. Oh the Sweet Cinnamon Slabs!

What is your specialty? What do you sell the most of? What are you known for?"  The answer to all 3 of those questions is the Sweet IRB Cinnamon Slab! Cinnamon Slabs are Sweet IRB's version of a cinnamon roll made with a buttermilk biscuit dough, yummy filling and buttermilk cream cheese icing. Of Sand and Shells

Well, first off - Happy New Year!  2014 was certainly a milestone year for Sweet IRB and we are so looking forward to our first full calendar year with both wholesale and retail operations! For Sweet IRB, 2015 started the same as 2014 ended -- with Beach Weddings!! Anchors Away – Sweet IRB Style

Well .... you just might have to file this in the "way too cute" file! One of our favorites from this weekend was a nautical themed baby shower held at Cay Point Villas in Indian Rocks Beach.  The weather on Saturday could not have been more perfect for this beautiful gulf side venue!  Here is a picture we snapped of the view from the back looking into the Gulf of the set up for the party.
